Our policy upholds the following:
· To provide continuous operation throughout a disaster
· To test, at regular intervals, the time in which on-call members of staff are able to get onto site in case of an emergency.
· To ensure the office UPS battery backup is operational in the event of a loss of power
· To ensure DAT backup tapes are maintained to restore data that has been lost or corrupted in the case of a disaster
· To ensure Bensons maintain strong relationships with sub-contractors
· To ensure emergency mobile telephones are on-site and ready for use by office staff, in the event of a breakdown of our telephone system.
